The space
Restored into a dynamic mixed-use event venue with more than 6,000 square feet of space. The building's industrial past is highlighted by the venue's original exposed brick walls, natural light (coming from our south facing harbor view deck) and original tin ceiling, making it a unique setting for your event.
We offer several configurations and options to meet your needs; from 1,500 to 6,000 sq ft, 2 bars, dining, performance stage, professional audio, video and lighting.
Need a private space for your wedding party or special guests? We have two beautiful private “green” rooms with two baths, showers, laundry and all the comforts of home.
