Our 22,000 sq ft building stretches between Main Street and Rogers Street across from the historic Gloucester harbor. We understand art and entertainment are different for everyone and offer a gastro pub restaurant facing Main Street where you can always find a game on or shoot a round of pool while enjoying delicious food, a curated drink list and an extensive beer selection. Or, come visit us for a concert, comedy show, film or community event in our 500 person capacity venue with views of America’s oldest seaport. We are a gathering place for locals and visitors alike.

So who is behind this venture anyway?
A couple of us come from corporate America running successful businesses while others have been making our name doing things like building and managing The House of Blues. Some of us have been on tour in Europe, written hit records and built a recording studio (Bang-A-Song) many moons ago still operating right here where The Cut is today. We have booked clubs including TT the Bear’s, Johnny D’s and Atwood’s Tavern, winning awards like the Boston Music Award not once, but twice. Our team includes graphic designers, illustrators, and muralists, and we have spent over two decades working with large promoters, creating events and connecting fans with artists and authors. A few of us have served and managed in iconic restaurants in NYC and right here in Gloucester. And our Chef has been honing his skills for over 20 years producing delicious plates all over the North Shore.
We are entrepreneurs and business owners, former touring musicians and amateur noodlers, recording rockstars and sound producers, booking agents for some of the most iconic clubs in the Boston area and successful marketing and event creators. We are chefs, creatives and hospitality gurus. We are sons and daughters, moms and dads, husbands and wives, sisters and brothers, friends and community.
