Gang of Four, your favorite English post-punk band, graced The Cut stage on October 30th. The original members Jon King and Hugo Burnham were joined by Gail Greenwood (of Belly) and David Pajo (of the Yeah Yeah Yeahs). Ts Burnham, Hugo's daughter, also joined the four to sing background vocals. The only casualty of this high energy rock and roll show was one smashed microwave.
The Mini-Mekons, including Jon Langford, Sally Timms, and Josh Kanter (organist for the Boston Red Sox), opened the show up and joined GO4 for the encore.
Everyone had such a great time that they are coming back to open their farewell tour at The Cut in April.
